What We Offer

1:1 Barbell Coaching

Every session is coached. Your coach watches every rep, corrects your technique in real time, and adjusts your programming based on how you actually move. No guessing, no generic plans.

Open Platform Access

Train on your own schedule with full access to our barbell platforms, racks, and competition-spec equipment. Built for serious lifting, not cardio circuits or group fitness.

Strength Programming

Written programs built around your goals, your schedule, and your current capacity. Squat, deadlift, press, and pull. Periodized, tracked, and updated as you progress.

Why Lifters Choose Strong And Young

Coaches Who Actually Coach

Our coaches hold certifications through NSCA and USAW and have coached competitive powerlifters and Olympic weightlifters. You are not handed a clipboard and left alone.

Equipment Built for Barbell Work

Rogue power racks, calibrated plates, bumper plates, and deadlift platforms. The floor is set up for strength training, not repurposed cardio space.

Small Facility, Intentional by Design

We cap membership so platforms are available and coaches have bandwidth. You will not wait 20 minutes for a rack or compete with a spin class for floor space.

Easy to Find, Easy to Reach

We are at 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE, Suite N, with parking right at the door. No hidden industrial park, no confusing campus, no maze of corridors to your platform.

How It Works

  • 01

    Book a Free Assessment

Come in for a 45-minute session. We look at your movement, talk through your history, and figure out what you actually need. No sales pitch, no upsell pressure.

  • 02

    Get a Written Plan

Your coach builds a program around your goals and schedule. You leave the assessment knowing exactly what you will be doing and why.

  • 03

    Train With a Coach

Sessions are coached in person. Your coach is present, watching, and correcting. Programming is updated based on your performance, not a fixed calendar.

  • 04

    Track Real Progress

We log every session. You can see exactly what you lifted, what changed, and where you are relative to your starting point. Numbers do not lie.

I had trained on my own for four years and hit a wall. Within three months at Strong And Young my deadlift went from 285 to 347 pounds. The coaching is the difference. They fixed things I did not know were broken.

I walked in as a complete beginner and was honestly intimidated. The assessment was honest and low-pressure. Six months later I am squatting 163 pounds and I actually understand why the program is written the way it is.
Delia SandovalRegistered nurse
I have trained at four gyms since 2019. This is the only one where the equipment is right, the programming is real, and the coach is actually watching you lift. Worth every dollar.
